Fillet of Atlantic salmon oven roasted and served on a bed of roasted garlic and chive mash with a Rocket, Cashew and Semi Sun-dried Tomato Salad drizzled in Honey and Seeded Mustard Dressing.

Strip loin coated with lemon myrtle & mountain pepper, served with potato puk, crisp salad,  and a warm tomato relish

Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, topped off with asparagus served with a creamy white wine sauce on a bed of garlic chats and cherry tomatoes and micro herbs.

Char-grilled Loin Pork Steak served with Sweet Potato, buttered Green Beans, roasted Red Capsicum, Spanish onion & a spicy Apple Relish.

Baked, Lemon & Lime Tart with vanilla Cream and finished with a Passionfruit Coulis.

Sticky Date Pudding with Caramel Sauce, fresh berries and Double Cream.

Apple and Cinnamon Crumble Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream and fresh berries

New York Cheesecake with fresh whipped vanilla cream, served with seasonal fruit and passionfruit coulis

  • Tentative Bookings: Tentative bookings will be held for a period of seven (7) days, we are under no obligation to hold the booking after seven (7) days or without a deposit being paid.
  • Deposits: A deposit of at least $200 is required upon confirmation of the booking.
  • Quotes: The price quoted is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.
